Work to minimize warranty repairs when cars are near Expiration of warranty
Unfortunate disingenuous behavior within the service department
Driving nice cars
The CEO makes $8.8 million and the average employee salary has quite a differential with a mean within the 60,000 range and an average between 20 and $27 per hour. I like that he's smart enough to figure out how to make much more money than other people and this must be worth the disingenuous behavior within this corporation begins at the top.
I would pay the CEO 2 million and utilize the other 6 million annually which is $125,000 a week, roughly to supplement good service, random acts of kindness and support those that make our BRAND grow and gain enthusiasm and support throughout the community
I read everything I could about the company

Nothing! Totally stock holder driven if you work at Asbury get out. This is someone with 50 yrs experience in auto industry.
Very unprofessional company. Drug use goes unnoticed if you are top seller. Age discrimination very evident. Do not finance with this company average $1,700 per customer. Get your own money. I have 50 yrs experience in car business Asbury buys our local dealership and removed my demo in three years cut my salary by two thirds and put me in a dead end job. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No perks. Very stock holder driven not interested in employee benefits.
Nothing. I loved the company I worked for before Asbury took over. Employees felt valued. Working for Asbury was the most stressful and miserable two years of my life. They only care about being able to buy more stores and they will do whatever it takes in order to be able to do that. There were plenty of pay plan changes. They changed our day to day operations which caused poor customer surveys. Just not a good experience at all.
When asbury took over I was no longer known by my name. I was a number. The culture at our dealership completely changed when they took over, and not in a good way.
There are none. Unless you enjoy being stressed all the time, having your job held over your head everyday, and a toxic work environment do yourself a favor and don’t apply to work for this company.
Absolutely nothing. Not the racial discrimination, not the $120,000 in paycuts, not the $15,000 a year for 70-80 hour week, not the sexual assaults, not the criminal activity, not the defrauding of consumers, not the being spit on, not the hostile working environment
Whites only bathroom, the embezzling, being told to lie to customers, the 70-80 work weeks, the $950, $599, $599, $1,200, $98, PAC's ( protected against commissions)
Not the exploiting of employees with constant pay cuts to pad corporate profits, not the denying of employees the right to a wage to provide for a decent living, not the humiliation or racial slurs
If you want to work for a company that promotes hostile work environments, then that's the place to be. Where men can have relations with females in the workplace. And they climb the ladder.
Nothing
Everything, absolutely nothing, zilch, zero. It's a national health crisis working for Asbury
