Our certified welders and craftsman have the ability to weld and fabricate steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Mid-State Metals LLC is centrally located in Orlando, Florida. We have the ability to ship our custom products throughout the United States. We also erect our products on job sites throughout the Southeastern US. Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings and fabrication documents for various steel structures and miscellaneous metal components. Prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication documents for miscellaneous steel components Create accurate 3D models and 2D drawings using industry-standard software Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings Develop material lists and bills of materials for fabrication Ensure compliance with AISC standards and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and fabricators Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations Verify field dimensions and existing conditions when required Maintain accurate documentation and revision control Troubleshoot design conflicts and provide solutions Qualifications Tekla software proficiency 3-5 years of experience in steel detailing, specifically with miscellaneous metals Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and construction methods Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills Knowledge of welding symbols and specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members Willingness to perform occasional site visits as needed Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

This includes cleaning, washing, vacuuming, removing trash, and sanitizing. You will fill gas tanks, check fluid levels and tire pressures. Position Summary Operate and maintain filling equipment so that abnormalities can be detected and repaired. Responsible for: a) Ensuring a safe workplace b) Maintaining the equipment in optimum conditions c) Producing a quality product d) Meeting productivity standards Essential Functions * Responsible for product quality and productivity. * Operate equipment within validated perimeters. * Responsible to identify, troubleshoot and repair production equipment. * Performs preventative maintenance following a predictive maintenance methodology. * Change over the equipment according to production requirements to avoid unnecessary downtime. * Must be able to make minor machine adjustments. Document the work done. * Maintain correct set-up specs and its documentation. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Read and complete all required production documentation (e.g. Hourly Observation Report and others). * Perform other duties as assigned. * Follow all EPC Safety/Environmental, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Lean 5S policies and regulation guidelines. Required Skills and Experience * High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution * Two years mechanical training or previous work-related skill, knowledge in packaging/ production environment. * Basic math and computer skills required. * Experience working with electric conduits of various voltages. * Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatics, and controls aspects of production equipment. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to see a complex task or project through to completion. * Ability to follow detailed instructions and be detailed oriented. * Ability to work across functions. * Strong organizational skills. * Self-motivated and ability to work independently. * Ability to multi-task. * Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance. As a Detailer, you will drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, retrieve Frito-Lay products from the backs of stores, and ensure that our products are both fresh and attractive to our customers when out in the store.
