The Housekeeper will report to the Maintenance Director. The Housekeeper is a non-exempt, hourly position.
Job Overview
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of resident's apartments and common areas as assigned by the Maintenance Director.
Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.10
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and laundering linens.
Ensure common areas are kept clean and sanitized as assigned
Handle and store all cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations
Maintain housekeeping storage areas are clean and organized
Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director
Ensure safety issues are reported immediately (broken glass, water leaks, broken locks, broken toilets, etc.)

Physical Abilities

Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Food Recovery Coordinator to support and operationalize Move For Hunger's food recovery efforts across the Eastern Seaboard, with primary ownership of New Jersey-based recovery operations.
Approximately 50% of this role will be dedicated to sourcing, organizing, and coordinating food recovery within New Jersey - working closely with local donors, transportation partners, and recipient agencies. This role coordinates logistics for a wide range of food transports, including fresh produce, non-perishable items, bulk donations, cold-stored food, multifamily food collections, disaster relief shipments, food drives, and special events.

Food Recovery and Logistics Coordination:
Plan and coordinate food recovery logistics across the Eastern Seaboard, with a primary focus on New Jersey-based recovery efforts.
Source, organize, and operationalize Eastern Seaboard food recovery opportunities, including donor outreach, relationship stewardship, and recovery scheduling.

Ideal Qualifications:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Navigator plays a vital role within the Affordable Housing Alliance by acting as the point of entry for clients to receive the agency's various services. This involves describing the services that AHA provides, determining the community resources that may assist the client, screening applicants, connecting them to the appropriate service(s) based on their needs, providing them with the appropriate onboarding instructions & materials, and processing documentation in order for them to receive services.

Conduct an assessment of all client caller needs during initial contact with our agency.
Provide resource information and referrals; distribute applications for Utility Assistance and CAP programs, and assist with completion as needed.
Assess client eligibility for Utility and CAP programs by applying income guidelines for each respective program.
Process client counseling packets and maintain online intake databases using platforms such as SurveyMonkey, EmpowOR, CounselorMax, and other systems required by grant-funded programs.
Manage the switchboard by routing calls, announcing the name and nature of calls, and/or recording accurate messages when applicable.
Participate in staff meetings and other meetings as assigned.

Education & Experience
