HELP SCALE THE WORLD'S TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE. The Supply Chain Solution Manager will establish, operationalize, and manage scalable and repeatable supply chain solutions, leveraging classical and AI approaches. Solution areas include supply chain design, supply chain risk management, and supply chain visibility and analytics. The Supply Chain Solution Manager will work with large Fortune 100 technology clients (e.g. Cloud/AI infrastructure) and cross-functional teams (sales, operations, IT, logistics, finance, architecture) to leverage solutions to support hyper-growth and supply chain resilience. The impact of this role is significant to the deployment of global technology infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supply chain design:

Work with a cross-functional team to establish, operationalize commodity and vertical market intelligence into business decision-making
Work with a cross-functional team to establish, operationalize analytics that drive continuous supply chain optimization
Supply chain deployment:
Support clients and cross-functional team to integrate supply chain solutions into client processes
What We Are Looking For:
Intimacy with large Fortune 100 technology client (e.g. Cloud/AI infrastructure) supply chains
Configuring, customizing, and leveraging supply chain systems (e.g. supply chain design, planning, inventory, procurement, logistics, and supply chain risk management systems)

Experience/Education:

Collect, review and approve Customer End Use and Export Compliance Certifications (EUC).
The engineering knowledge is also used to determine the validity of End Use Statements by assessing the identified components for the intended use which is described by customers when procuring certain products.
Determine and assign local export/import country and U.S. license requirements to orders placed on hold within trade compliance software for trade control reasons. When necessary, escalate orders to department leader for guidance. Engineering knowledge supports this process.
Process global supply chain partner reviews, including reviews of current government restricted / denied parties list matches, to confirm decision for partner release or block within trade compliance software.
Review and action red flag related exception reports.
When necessary, conduct and document further due diligence for partners and or transactions to resolve potential red flags.
Prepare and submit low- and high-complexity government license applications when required for select export and import transactions. Process government licenses following local regulations (including reporting for import/export licenses, General Licenses, record keeping, etc.).
The position may be asked to provide import and export clearance support for inbound and outbound shipments.
