Job Description: ASCAP is seeking an Executive Assistant to support both the EVP, Chief Strategy & Digital Officer and the SVP, Chief Technology Officer, with the flexibility to support other executives in the future. This position is a shared resource between the Strategy/Development & Digital and Global Technology Solutions Departments, based in our New York office. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to both executives as well as assisting in coordinating various functions for their respective departments. The will be a critical liaison between our M&A deal team, business stakeholders, and the GBS delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, proper scope definition, and appropriate sizing of delivery teams tasked with migration or integration of new activities or business units. **Here you'll get to:** + Work with M&A deal team and the broader finance organization on all integration and work migration to ensure clear prioritization, demand management, and effective hand-offs to delivery teams. + Lead the migration and integration projects from initiation to handover to the GBS delivery teams. + Establish project charters for each initiative, outlining scope, structure, key partners, GBS subject matter experts, and timelines. + Work closely with target companies or with internal colleagues along with GBS subject matter experts to fully understand the nature of the work to be migrated or integrated, clarify scope, and gather necessary documentation to plan the migration or integration. + Assure that all processes to be migrated are documented, including updates to process taxonomy and procedures in conjunction with the training team or other project team members.. + Work with the appropriate GBS delivery teams or subject matter experts to ensure that new work is matched to the capacity and capabilities of the delivery team. + Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements of all work taken by the Shared Service Centers + Jointly govern all M&A integration work with the M&A deal team, assuring all stakeholders are informed or consulted as needed. + Establish reasons for work integration and migration, guaranteeing the Service Center is properly sized and that processes are in place for accurate cost assignment. + Analyze work migration/integration to improve intake process, sizing models, playbook, and collaborate closely with GBS Operations partners. **About you:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. + 5-7 years of experience in intake management, shared services operations, and project management + Demonstrated experience with M&A integrations + Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide data-driven insights. + Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and customer service skills. + High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing information. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment. + Problem-solving mentality with a proactive and continuous improvement orientation. + Demonstrated ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information **We'd love it if you also had:** + Entertainment/music industry experience a plus + PMP or equivalent project management certification + Global business services or shared service center work intake experience As the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world's premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
