+ Think broadly about the music industry ecosystem as it changes day to day, and work to build new release strategies to help our artists get the most from their work.
+ Be a company-wide resource.
**About you:**
+ You are proactive and able to anticipate problems before they arise and help to build creative solutions.
+ You are detail-oriented with the ability to assess the accuracy and efficiency of a release plan's execution at both micro and macro levels.
+ You work well and communicate effectively with different teams across every part of the Atlantic and WMG organizations.
+ You are service-oriented and willing to often take on tasks that are not part of the job description in a constantly evolving environment.
+ You shift gears comfortably and maintain composure when under pressure.
+ You work independently and are a self-starter.
