Jill A Guidicy is a Chief Legal Officer at Ascend Federal Credit Union and is based in Miami, Florida. She has worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Braman Miami, Associate at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.. Jill studied at University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law between 1993 and 1996 and University of Missouri between 1986 and 1991.

Feldhaus has been with Ascend, which is the largest credit union in Middle Tennessee, since September 2015, when he made the move from KraftCPAs to be vice president of internal audit.

Feldhaus has more than 12 years of accounting experience and was with Edmondson Betzler & Dame in Brentwood before his time at KraftCPAs. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, master’s degree in finance and master’s degree in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.

Peggy works with human resources, recruitment and training functions to administer programs that create employee engagement and loyalty. The Credit Union Journal and Best Companies Group selected Ascend as a “Best Credit Union to Work For” in 2016, 2017, and 2018, and Ascend was named one of Training Magazine’s “Top 125” in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Peggy attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
