Requirements Qualifications Active nursing license (LPN or RN) in the state of practice. Wound care experience required (home health experience strongly preferred). Strong understanding of wound healing principles and infection prevention. Familiarity with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) related to wound care. Ability to travel between patient homes (reliable transportation required). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Additional experience with pediatric patients, tube feeding, or medical-surgical nursing is a plus. Must be willing to drive through a designated territory as well as have wound care experience.
