KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge and experience applying and interrupting results from common electrical measurement instruments (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, etc.)
Active participant in the HRP program

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Associate degree required with preference given to electrical and instrumentation fields OR High School diploma or equivalent education and achievement of a 4 or higher in the following Work Keys:

Applied Technology
Electrical and instrumentation maintenance experience in a chemical plant or other industrial facility preferred
PLC or DCS skills and experience along with HART SMART instrumentation is a plus
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to read, create, and markup electrical drawings and loop sheets
Knowledge and experience of maintaining and troubleshooting electrical control systems and control loops
Knowledge and experience in installing, calibrating and troubleshooting instrumentation
Knowledge and experience with control loops and distributive control systems (DCS)
Ability to complete multiple tasks accurately and completely with minimum supervision
Basic computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office, Workday, etc)
Knowledge of various control valves, flowmeters, transmitters, pH/conductivity meters and interlocks
Knowledge and experience with testing/troubleshooting control loops using fluke 744/754 calibrators and Hart Trex, 475, or Meriam communicators.
Knowledge of AMS and Wireless technology a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY:
To serve our customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the warehouse by driving a tractor trailer to various customers and properly delivering and unloading product according to customer invoices and company standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely transports product from the warehouse to the customer location and ensures product is delivered on a timely basis, according to assigned route.
Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g. handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).
Picks up, loads and unloads damaged goods and customer returns, and transports products back to SYGMA warehouse.
Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g. DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).
Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g. proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard.

Maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to hand cart, pallets, load bars, SLS unit, and personal protective equipment.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.

Our Electrician position is responsible for troubleshooting, correcting, and maintaining all electrical equipment within the manufacturing facility.
What you will do:
Test electrical systems and circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or repair
Troubleshoot, program, and upgrade Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
Identify and troubleshoot objects using electrical control schematics
Work with vendors to identify needed parts and recommend to Supervisor
Understand and update instrumentation loop diagrams, E & I drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Program AC & DC variable speed drivers
Update power distribution system, MCC, and switch gears
Install electrical equipment consisting of variable frequency drives, diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Maintain and troubleshoot various optimizations systems
Required skills and experience you will need:
Lock-out procedures
Field Level Hazard Risk Assessments (FLHRA)
Electrical circuitry and components, including circuit breakers, motors, and controllers, control devices, motor theory, rigging, precision alignments
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
Predictive and preventative maintenance
Computer and PLC skills
Able to use hand and power tools and to understand proper use, including multi-meters, knowledge of 480 volt 3 Phase AC
Be willing to work rotating shifts, overtime and to be on-call to support 24/7 operations
Have 4-5 years of Electrician work experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing environment
Must have High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities:
Working Safely and follow all protocols to remain safe while working in a chemical factory. Understand the basics that are required within the OSHA 10.
Working closely with Experienced HVAC/EXHAUST Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Technicians in an automotive manufacturing facility.
Maintaining System and equipment balance during new installations and the de-installation of old process equipment.
Troubleshooting issues that come from designs not being able to be met on the air requirements of the process equipment.
Working as a team and keeping each other accountable and safe. No one should go home in any other condition than equal to or better than when they arrived at work that day.
Assists in emergencies as needed in the evening and / or weekends when the customer needs it.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be a willing to become a Sheet Metal workers Union # 67 member.
Must have NEBB, TABB, or AABC certification in test and balance or have at least 3 years' experience as a TAB technician.
Preferred Qualifications:

Helps document timely and accurately sample quality and instrument performance in LIMS and SPC charts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Works safely at all times to ensure safety of self and of team members
Obtains samples from process area and receives samples in LIMS/Sample Manager
Performs accurate analysis following appropriate Standard Test Methods, Special Instructions, or
Procedure Briefs, as it may apply, and reports data in timely manner
Records data properly in logbooks, clipboard sheets, and/or LIMS/Sample Manager
Ensures that all equipment is calibrated and in specification before analyzing samples
Follows instrument and equipment check procedures, troubleshoots when needed, and reports any

Exercising good housekeeping, including replenishing supplies, cleaning bench area, checking and ensure
lab ware cleanliness and readiness for use
Ensures proper storage or disposal of samples after analysis, as well as proper waste handling

Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
