The Opportunity
We're looking for a Trainee Territory Manager to join our growing sales organization in the San Antonio, TX region. This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves learning, is energized by building relationships, and is excited about a long-term sales career managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
You'll enter an intensive 6-month hands-on training program, working closely with experienced Territory Managers and sales leaders. You'll learn our business, our customers, and the selling skills that make our team successful.
Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be positioned for a Territory Manager role, responsible for driving growth, building customer partnerships, and serving as a trusted advisor across a diverse customer base.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the student will review the current engineering process to develop and/or update current web-based dashboards for the process engineering team.
What a typical day looks like:
Position concentrates on developing new and modifying existing web-based dashboards used by the process engineering team
Integrate charts, tables, and filters for dynamic data visualization
Design and implement new dashboard pages using C# (ASP.NET)
Conduct unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing
Document all changes and provide a user guide for new features
Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and aggregation
Continuously review current architecture and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide progress reports to Process Engineering Team
Student qualities we're seeking for this internship assignment:
Jr/Sr student pursuing Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, and Computer Information Systems. Related majors are also considered
Proficient with C#, Microsoft SQL, HTML/CCS, JavaScript, Git, and Visual studio.
Highly collaborative, creative, and excellent communication skills.
Previous internship experience, a plus!

Available to start on May 26th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for a 10-12-week Summer
Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university

Program Overview
The Corporate Banking Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed for undergraduates considering a career in banking. You will be aligned to a coverage or product group, where you will gain direct experience contributing to client work, learn financial and credit fundamentals, and collaborate with bankers to support client relationships.
What to expect
The program begins with one week of structured classroom training, covering financial accounting, credit analysis, corporate valuation, and financial modeling.
Following training, you will step into day-to-day responsibilities, which may include:
Conducting company and industry research
Analyzing historical financial performance and modeling future outcomes to assess credit risk
Creating client marketing materials using Excel and PowerPoint
Assisting in preparing credit underwriting presentations for Risk Committee approval
Monitoring client developments and preparing updates for leadership
Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to support your development.
