JOB SUMMARY The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, making informed recommendations based on customer's desired outcomes, provide informed and accurate descriptions of our products, and operate with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. SCHEDULE Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM JOB SUMMARY The Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing finished goods for dispensary orders in compliance with company standards and state regulations. This includes retrieving products from vault storage, verifying batch and compliance labels, matching unit counts to manifests, and staging orders for delivery. The role may involve operating an order picker and other tasks as assigned. CORE JOB DUTIES Picking and packing finished goods from vault storage for dispensary orders. Use an order picker to retrieve products from high shelves. Confirming batch labels are correct on finished goods. Creating and confirming products, unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests. Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery. Staging outgoing orders. Other duties as assigned - may occasionally support other areas of the operation as needed, which can include assisting as a passenger in a delivery vehicle. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards. In this role, you will manage project coordination with Inside Plant (“IP”) Construction and Outage Planning, the engagement of various internal departments in the project, and communicate directly to ensure that project support needs are met by internal departments.
