JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, making informed recommendations based on customer's desired outcomes, provide informed and accurate descriptions of our products, and operate with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Part Time Dispensary Associates work between 15-29 hours a week. *Must have flexibility to work AM/PM during the week and Weekends.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining operational integrity and compliance throughout the store
Guide customers through sales transactions while offering advice and knowledge as needed or requested
Ensure the sales floor is stocked, displays and menus are up-to-date and accurate, and the store is well maintained
Fulfill and pack customer orders and move completed orders from fulfillment areas to the sales floor for pick up
Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedure
Continuously develop product knowledge to offer customers the most up-to-date information and advice
Respond to customer inquiries in store, online, and over the phone
Accurately use and maintain the point of sale (POS) system in person and over the phone
Accurate cash handling, customer cart management, and ringing of customer transactions
Accurate and timely data entry of customer
Strive to achieve team and individual performance goals
Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and required identification for customers
Execute inventory, visual merchandising, marketing, customer service, or other in-store operations as directed by Store Leadership
Report any observed inconsistencies or hazards to Store Leadership
Maintain a clean, organized, safe and inviting store environment
Complete store opening and closing checklists
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Retail sales, Hospitality or QSR experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of basic computer skills
Cannabis point of sale (POS) software a plus
Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic
Willing to build understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures

JOB SUMMARY
The Delivery Driver will work to provide a genuine experience to customers with professionalism, poise, and patience. A passion for cannabis coupled with a strong adherence to protocol and compliance is necessary for this role. The Delivery Driver will deliver items to customers, patients, in a safe, timely manner. This Delivery Driver will be responsible for reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied. The Delivery Driver is responsible for a skillset of product knowledge, customer service, basic computer skills, and cash handling experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis
• Manage documents associated with cannabis delivery, ensuring that proper documents are kept, and manifests are returned completed and ready for filing
• Maintaining positive professional relationships with dispensary staff
• Timely and effective communication when issues arise while making deliveries
• Ability to communicate professionally in person to effectively explain all variations of cannabis products to guests, if necessary
• Basic math skills with the ability to manage cash transactions
• Receive cash payments and make accurate change
• Professional knowledge and working experience of cannabis products from a regulated retail dispensary or medical distribution center
• Computer skills working within a POS system as well as cash register and payment processing
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text and in person
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers
• Ensure customer and patient concerns and/or questions are addressed, answered promptly, efficiently, and communicated to the Dispensary
• Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe and legal manner

The Medical Science Liaison/Senior Medical Science Liaison functions as a highly trained, field-based, scientific expert in oncology, who engages health care professionals and leaders in clinical, scientific, value-based care and research-based peer to peer scientific exchange around ALK + non-small cell lung cancer. Following regulatory and corporate guidelines, they will facilitate and build scientific relationships and collaborations with the anaplastic lymphoma kinase ALK + non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), scientific communities. This position interacts with local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and health care practitioners (HCPs), as well as professional societies and organizations. The MSL will need to be fully engaged with pertinent professional societies, as well as other value-based institutions and associations including clinics and centers that are involved with the treatment of ALK + NSCLC. The MSL will be the field based scientific expert regarding our client's newly approved therapy in solid tumor oncology.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Function as the primary medical point of contact in geographic area.
Maintain clinical and scientific, expertise in oncology with specific focus in standards of care related to the treatment of ALK + NSCLC.
Engage in well informed, compliant, robust, and accurate scientific peer exchange around our client's pipeline, with KOLs.
Have a thorough understanding of the clinical protocols, clinical trials outcomes and related procedures.

Job Description
Develop initial or update safety signal detection and management documents for global developmental and marketed products to support and enhance appropriate signal detection activities and robust safety evaluation
Review and/or develop relevant epidemiology sections and/or papers for relevant conferences and/or
peer-reviewed journals as assigned
Develop or support development of instruments for epidemiological assessment strategies and safety surveillance in coordination with Biostatistics
Participate in plan/design, execute or contribute to development of observational studies and interventional studies for assigned global developmental and marketed products
Develop epidemiological assessment and safety surveillance plan for assigned projects or studies
Review epidemiology data in supporting the development of risk management plan/risk evaluation
and mitigation strategies (REMS) and other safety related documents
Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of safety studies and clinical trials
Search and review epidemiological data and safety literature in supporting development of Ad hoc or regular safety submissions
Accountable for epidemiology sections of investigator's brochures, risk management plans, aggregate safety reports (DSUR and PSUR), and responses to health agency's inquiries for global development and post-marketing products
Perform safety data evaluation and risk assessment for assigned drug products
Provide or contribute to the materials used for Safety meetings including but not limited to the Clinical Safety Team, Data Monitoring Committee, Global Safety Data Monitoring Committee, Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB)
Contribute epidemiology input to GST Working Group meetings, Signal Detection meetings and other Global Drug Safety and Evaluation Center (GDSEC) meetings as assigned
Performs other departmental duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate degree (PhD, MD, MS, MPH) in a relevant field is required:
Doctoral degree with at least 2 years of industry experience, academia, and/or regulatory agency
Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in a national/local public health agency, regulatory agency, biopharma, and/or the medical device industry (including at least 1 to 2 years of biopharma or
medical device industry experience)
Professional Experience:
Experience and training in public health, pharmacy, health services research, health outcomes research, epidemiology, biostatistics or other relevant fields
Familiarity and experience with the development and implementation of epidemiology research strategies
Expertise in Biostatistics, Epidemiology/ secondary database analyses (e.g., claims, national survey data, etc.), Psychometrics
Demonstrated experience as a member of a product or project team
Experience in scientific writing of peer-reviewed, academic and/or public health literature
Familiarity with Drug Development and Phase 1-4 clinical trials
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of research methodology and statistics, as well as strong technical writing, and strong ability to critically review published scientific literature
Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, including experience
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to set priorities and develop strategies/studies to answer complex research questions
Experience managing multiple projects, often complex in nature and with both internal and external stakeholders under short timelines
Ability to analyze and interpret safety data
Good understanding of advanced design and analysis techniques used in the analysis of secondary data (e.g., matching, multivariate regression, meta-analysis, etc.)
Ability to conceptualize the presentation of results (e.g., develop layout of tables and figures for inclusion in analysis plans)

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, making informed recommendations based on customer's desired outcomes, provide informed and accurate descriptions of our products, and operate with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining operational integrity and compliance throughout the store
Guide customers through sales transactions while offering advice and knowledge as needed or requested
Ensure the sales floor is stocked, displays and menus are up-to-date and accurate, and the store is well maintained
Fulfill and pack customer orders and move completed orders from fulfillment areas to the sales floor for pick up

Respond to customer inquiries in store, online, and over the phone

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age
