    This position reports directly to the Kitchen Lead/Supervisor and is responsible for the production and packaging of edible, ingestible, and cannabis vape cartridge products that are essential to our customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. The role includes preparing ingredients, operating machinery, and ensuring all products meet quality, compliance, and safety standards in a food-grade environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Ingredient Preparation - Accurately weight and measure ingredients according to recipes ensuring consistency and quality of every batch. * Production - Operate kitchen and packaging equipment, including machinery for edible, ingestible, and vape cartridge products. * Packaging - Package and label finished products in compliance with regulatory and brand standards. * Safety Compliance - Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all assigned tasks. * Quality Control - Conduct quality checks and reject any that do not meet Company quality standards. OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITES * Demolding - Remove cured products from molds following production in a careful, timely manner. * Sanitation - Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment in compliance with industry and/or company standards. * Inventory Accuracy - Verify inventory accuracy, promptly report any discrepancies to avoid production delays, and prepare materials for upcoming production runs. * Documentation - Complete accurate, detailed batch records and daily production tracking sheets in compliance with regulatory requirements. * Other Duties as Assigned - May be required to work in other areas of the department or other site departments as needed. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS * Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a background check. * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Registered Agent Card. * Comfortable working in environments with high humidity, strong plant odors, and fluctuating temperatures while standing for extended periods of time. * Willingness to wear and change personal protective equipment (PPE) multiple times per day in accordance with Company sanitation and safety standards. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS * Strong attention to detail and high levels of patience. * Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed. * Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate successfully across departments and roles within both cultivation and operations to achieve goals.
