Responsibilities
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for successful project execution

Experience with 3D CAD modeling, drawings, and machine design
Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining and welding

The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, Water Design-Build Senior ProjectManager. This position will be part of an exciting team employing the latest technologies to solve critical water supply, treatment, and infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems throughout the United States. The Senior ProjectManager will be charged with responsibility to actively direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects as well as take a leadership role in the development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits.
It is desirable that the DB Senior ProjectManager is capable of performing in both conceptual and detailed engineering and construction projectmanagement capacities.As a DB Senior ProjectManager the primary responsibilities will include managing the activities of a multi-discipline design through AECOM's design centers, as well as overall projectmanagement for procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews, familiarity with job cost reporting, and budget control activities through the life of the project, including EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity. Reporting to a Director or Program Manager, the ProjectManager (PM) oversees all aspects of a project and is the primary point of contact for the customer. This role ensures the execution of the client needs while delivering profitable results through the forecast, analysis, and management of project budgets. Qualified candidate will be the industry expert and are local, regional, or national BELFOR resources for large projects, complex projects, and high-risk/high-profile environments. You will serve on BELFOR Cat teams following hurricanes and other regionalized damage recovery efforts. ProjectManagers are eligible to become BELFOR estimators.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate thorough understanding of all BELFOR service lines.
Construction track -- must understand scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain quality control
Establish their core projectmanagement capabilities while at this level. Critical skills include time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, and change orders
Must continually advance their knowledge of current and past construction practices
Review daily requirements of the projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges
Provide appropriate field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for various TPA projects

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Oversight
Manage and schedule field staff for construction materials testing and inspections.

Oversee quality assurance and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
