Daily billable timekeeping Supporting up to 3 attorneys. E-filing of pleadings, motions, and service on all parties. Bilingual highly preferred. Paralegal Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or higher education. ABA approved certification is a plus. Insurance Defense experience. Strong knowledge of MS Word. An intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Accuracy and attention to detail. Multitasking capabilities. Verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and time management skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality required. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well with team members. Knowledge of Caret Legal software is a huge plus.
