CEOBio
J. Scott Schanen
Dominium

Scott launched Dominium because he felt that the market was missing something. Innovation was virtually non-existent in the way employee health and well-being programs were being managed and he knew there were so many more opportunities to be discovered. Dominium was founded on this belief in 2007, with Scott at the helm. Before Dominium, Scott founded Schanen Consulting, an Atlanta-based company that provided health and welfare advisory and support services to large U.S. employers. The company grew significantly over a short period of time and merged with a publicly traded company in 2001. Scott is active in the Atlanta community and has served on a number of advisory boards. He holds a BBA from The University of Texas.
