POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Community Assistant is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service in the daily management of the community, coordinating of all aspects of property operations, and working in the capacity of the Community Manager in his or her absence. Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, the Community Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service in the daily management, coordinating all aspects of apartment community operations, maximizing cash flow while preserving assets, achieving budgeted NOI, providing a quality living environment for residents, and establishing a positive working environment for property team members. Financial
Oversee all financial performance of the property and work towards achieving budgeted NOI

Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all physical aspects of the apartment's community, coordinating and performing maintenance and repair services, ensuring curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, responding to customer service requests, and adhering to all safety policies.

Apartment Leasing
Join our team as an apartment Leasing Specialist where you will be the face of the apartment community. Responsible for showcasing and promoting the community's features, leasing, and ensuring exceptional prospect and resident satisfaction. This role is pivotal in driving occupancy and maintaining property operations, with a focus on leasing, marketing, and fostering positive client relationships.
Conduct apartment tours highlighting community features and benefits.
Marketing, pursue leads, secure leases.
Distribute marketing materials and communicate effectively with prospective residents.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor properties to enhance leasing strategies.
Process lease applications and prepare lease agreements with diligence.
Coordinate with maintenance team for timely completion of repairs and apartment make-ready.
Conduct move-in inspections and ensure new resident orientations are positive and complete.
Assist in planning and executing resident events and promotions to enhance community engagement.
Foster positive relationships with prospects, residents, and team members.
Maintain accurate leasing records and reports to support property management operations.
Support general office functions including phone inquiries, email correspondence, and filing tasks.
Perform additional duties as directed by the Community Manager.
