Fred Graffam, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and M&A, is responsible for finance activities for the company, including financial planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. Fred joined DigitalGlobe in 2013 and previously served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, Fred served as Senior Vice President of Finance – North America and Asia Pacific for Level 3 Communications from 2012 to 2013. In that role, he led all financial operations for Level 3’s North America region with a focus on supporting growth and value creation for the business. Before Level 3, he spent 17 years with Comcast Corporation, serving as Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Beltway Region from 2008 to 2011, and as Senior Vice President-Finance, West Division from 2002 to 2008. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte. Fred has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Delaware Lerner College of Business & Economics.

Greg's legal expertise includes IPO preparation, public-company representation, corporate and board governance, international expansion, IP protection, software licensing, mergers & acquisition, compliance, privacy and information security, sales channel management, marketing collateral, and supply chain management. Greg's experience as the Head of HR for a 600+ employee company includes executive recruiting and retention, compensation and benefits planning (including Board and Exec), merit review and accountability, acquisition integration (domestic and international), cultural alignment, as well as most areas of employment law.
