What this job involves:
As a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Tech at JLL, you will operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment across assigned facilities to achieve optimal operating results and equipment life expectancy. This critical role ensures equipment operates in an energy-efficient and safe manner while minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and repairs. What your day-to-day will look like:
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior components
Conduct assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations
Respond effectively to all facility emergencies and after-hours building activities as required
Prepare and submit management summary reports detailing work conditions and recommend corrective actions
Study and maintain proficiency with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other building-related equipment
Comply with all safety procedures while maintaining clean and safe work areas, identifying and proposing solutions for safety hazards
Required Qualifications:
Universal EPA 608 Certification
Minimum four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance
Valid state driver's license with ability to maintain throughout employment
Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
Availability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application
Experience managing work orders utilizing CMMS technology
Experience working in service-related roles specific to commercial facilities
Attendance at periodic training seminars and professional development opportunities

Indoor Cleaning:
· Residential and Commercial cleaning, including but not limited to unit turns
· Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
