UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Territory Manager to join our family. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and managing relationships with customers. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you'll be doing:
• Provide consistent and timely service to customers in your territory.
• Service 10-15 customers per day in a company vehicle.
• Accommodate a customer's needs with products that will help provide a safe, pleasant, and productive workplace.
• Organize and implement a “work plan” for maximizing daily sales and decreasing mileage between calls.
• Maintain an adequate supply of promotional materials, flyers, and business cards.
• Maintain a call average that is consistent with current company objectives.
• Maintain and turn in paperwork in a timely manner.
• Mail or email work orders, call reports, and vehicle maintenance reports as required.
• Keep handheld computer data updated and in compliance with company policy.
• Keep abreast of all price changes and sell accordingly.
• Maintain a consistent paper flow by avoiding errors on paperwork submitted.
• Maintain adequate vehicle stock and rotate accordingly.
• Adhere to the company vehicle maintenance schedule and policy.
• Understand and comply with all company policies.
• Have proper tools and supplies such as; anchors screws, screwdriver(s) Hammer and a charged drill on van in order to install equipment within a customer's facility.
• Maintain a clean company vehicle inside and out to promote a good company image.
• Manage your geographical territory and notify management of any territory problems.
• Promote growth by continuously making cold calls and developing new businesses.
• Keep up to date about competitive companies, their products and prices
• Continuously gain knowledge of First Aid + Safety products.
• Share pertinent information about pricing and products with other employees during sales meetings.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
• Must be at least 21 years or older.
• Valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record is required.
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable in basic computer and tablet skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
? Develop and implement comprehensive web analytics strategies to track and measure website performance, user behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

? Help with lead tracking and analysis for B2B efforts

? Utilize tools such Adobe Analytics, and other relevant BI tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
? Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.

? Lead training for Adobe Analytics across the enterprise
? Conduct A/B testing with Adobe Target and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of changes to the website and marketing campaigns.
? Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years experience in digital analytics.
Bachelor?s degree or higher preferred
Proficiency in web analytics tools especially Adobe Analytics required
Knowledge with SEO best practice along with usage of tools such as SEMrush.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with A/B testing
Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot preferred
Experience using Adobe Target preferred

Guard and maintain the safety, security, and control of the armored vehicle and liability at all times
Guard and maintain the safety and security of your team at all times
Maintain radio communication with the Cash Transport Guard and other vehicle crew during pick-up and delivery of liability
Maintain radio communication with the branch and/or dispatch personnel
Load and unload the armored vehicle
Complete appropriate driving and delivery documentation
Report all faults experienced during the day's activity
Ensure overall cleanliness of the vehicle's interior
Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
Guard liability and assets
The Qualifications You Must Have:
Minimum of 21 years of age
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Minimum of Class B license
Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
Chauffeur's license OR ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only)
Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Also provides a high degree of customer service for visitors, families and staff by helping with way finding and other general questions and requests for assistance. Will also respond to all emergency situations and participate as a first responder during such situations.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provides for a secure environment by Performing entry screening at fixed posts and patrolling buildings.
-Enforces all security and safety policies and procedures of the Enterprise.
-Reports all problems and emergencies to immediate supervisor, and documents security incidents with a written report and daily activity logs.
-Promptly responds to all calls and requests for service or emergencies.
-When assigned, patrols the immediate surrounding areas and all parking areas utilizing a patrol vehicle or on foot.
-Screens all individuals entering the facilities to ensure that they have a business purpose to be in the building.
-Checks ID badges, and ensures that all visitors, employees, and contractors wear badges as required.
-Confirms that all visitors, vendors and contractors are authorized to be on the property and have been signed in.
-Ensures that all individuals comply with Enterprise's rules and regulations.
-Escorts all unauthorized people from the property.
-Provides security escorts when requested for employees, patients, patient families and visitors.
-Completes a security escort assignment throughout Enterprise as directed by a supervisor.
-Notifies supervisor when directly requested to provide an escort by any personnel.
-Provides the escort with a friendly demeanor in accordance with our ICARE values.
-Screens individuals for weapons and/or prohibited items.
-Where appropriate, use either a handheld or walkthrough/by weapons detection device to identify weapons or prohibited items.
-Any identified weapons or prohibited items are appropriately documented and secured.
-When appropriate, return the weapons or prohibited items upon the individual leaving the property.
-Responds to patient restraint events as needed
-Assist clinical teams with the management of aggressive patients.
-Hold limbs of patients while restraint devices are applied, or a medical procedure is completed by clinical team members.
-Responds immediately to all routine and emergency situations as directed by a Supervisor, Base Operator or by witnessing firsthand.
-Respond promptly to all routine security calls and notify Base of outcome.
-Provides support during helicopter landings.
-Acts as a member of the Fire Brigade during fire alarms.
-Participate as needed in all Emergency Preparedness Events.
-Intervenes as necessary in verbal and physical conflicts to ensure the safety of all people.
-Assists with campus parking issues.
-Identifies and documents all illegally parked vehicles.
-Notifies supervisor to call for tow truck and/or police services as may be necessary.
-Assists parking team members as necessary with parking related matters."
Skills:
"Required Skills & Experience:
-Ability to operate a company vehicle and/or be insured on a CHOP policy.
-Ability to work all shift times, and rotate between shifts as needed.
-Ability to wear a respirator device.
-Basic proficiency with on-line training, computer-based incident reporting, access control/alarm, weapons detection, and closed-circuit television [CCTV] systems.
-Basic proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including email & calendar (Outlook).
-Strong verbal and written communications skills.
-Strong conflict resolution skills.
-Ability to respond quickly and calmly where individuals may be exhibiting negative or threatening behavior.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-At least one (1) year of security experience in hospitals, law enforcement, other related Criminal Justice agencies, or military duty with honorable discharge."
Education:
"Required Education:
-High School Diploma/GED.
Preferred Education:
-Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice, Management or related field.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-PA Act 235 with the Pennsylvania State Police.
-An active Driver's License.
-CPI Training from the Crisis Prevention Institute within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-Certified Healthcare Security Officer from the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety."
