Qualifications & Experience Education & Background High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school strongly preferred. Ideally 10+ years of industrial mechanical, installation, fabrication, or construction experience. Strong preference for experience in food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environments. Prior experience leading crews or supervising subcontractors in active job-site settings. Technical Expertise Advanced mechanical aptitude (installation, welding/fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics). Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation. Working knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and job-site compliance. Familiarity with AutoCAD or technical drawings is a plus. Leadership & Communication Strong field leadership presence with the ability to direct teams and represent the organization on site. Effective communicator with customers, site leadership, and internal stakeholders. Organized, decisive, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
