As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing transportation operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing efficiency between the distribution center and transportation partners.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate Transportation Logistics: Manage and schedule transportation for timely and accurate deliveries from the distribution center.
Track Performance: Monitor delivery schedules, track transportation performance, and resolve any issues to ensure goods arrive on time.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work with internal teams, including inventory management and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfillment.

We are seeking a skilled Trailer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our fleet of trailers to ensure safe and efficient transportation operations.
KeyResponsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on trailers including brakes, lights, tires, and suspension systems
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
Conduct DOT inspections and ensure all trailers meet safety and compliance standards
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
Replace and repair trailer doors, hinges, flooring, and other structural components
Service and repair refrigeration units on temperature-controlled trailers (if applicable)
Collaborate with transportation team to prioritize repair schedules and minimize downtime
