My coworkers were wonderful people. Discounts for furniture and Tempur-pedic were the best rewards.

Cons of working at Ashley HomeStore

Pay is garbage - as is middle management - Upper management seem competent but overwhelmed and out of the loop. Middle Management is basically brown nosers that constantly dump their work on bright employees while taking all the credit and getting those same employees in trouble with "sit downs" and "write ups" to prevent the more competent ones from taking their jobs. I saw this across multiple departments and it was very alarming.
