Pros of working at OnPath Federal Credit Union

Cons of working at OnPath Federal Credit Union

Everything. Our Incentives keep dropping, morale is at an all-time low, and management is not supporting personnel issues coming from the Slidell Branch, which also stems working on a Saturday at the Mandeville Branch. The Manager is not easy to get along with and she makes me feel uncomfortable. I can't turn to anyone for guidance because her behavior is never corrected by upper management. Something needs to be done.
