Flexible hours, great management and team work. Great pay

How the shifts are flexible, I was able to learn how to work in retail which I haven’t done before. And with this job, I was able to talk to the customers and helping them on decision making.
I was hired to this job during the global pandemic of COVID-19, so with that it’s limited the amount of people coming into the store. So with that, it would get boring especially with nothing to do with all the tasks already done.
So far I like the discounts given to the employees, it felt like the company was trying for the part time employees who can’t get any other type of benefits.
I’ve been here for a couple months and so far everyone is kind and respectful. This company seems to really favor teamwork to a fault. People will help you solve any issue that arises and no one ever makes you feel like an idiot for asking questions. They prefer questions rather than have someone feel stressed out.
Nothing yet. I have only been here a few months.
We get a lot of freedom and good work life balance. We can work remote if we need to, go to appointments- they trust us to do our jobs and treat us like adults.
