Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or commodity management (experience driving indirect sourcing projects is a plus).
Proven success in managing complex sourcing projects within the semiconductor field, including facilities, metrology, engineering and semi gas/chemical categories (experience in these areas is a plus).
Demonstrated excellence in negotiation and contract management, with a track record of securing favorable terms and conditions and building long-term supplier partnerships.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and ERP systems, especially SAP.

Job Summary
The Logistics Specialist II plays a critical role in ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods into the United States, with primary responsibility for US Customs clearance oversight. This includes monitoring inbound shipments, coordinating with carriers, brokers, and internal teams, and maintaining accurate data for tracking and reporting. Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus (80-85%) - US Customs Clearance Oversight
* Monitor and track all inbound shipments pending US Customs clearance; proactively obtain status updates from carriers and brokers
* Maintain accurate and timely data for shipment tracking and customs processing in SAP and related tools
* Coordinate with Purchasing, Supplier Managers, and other stakeholders to collect required documentation (e.g., certificates, compliance data) for customs release
* Provide necessary inputs to customs brokers to facilitate clearance and resolve any compliance issues
* Respond promptly to inquiries and escalations related to customs status; ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and delays
* Generate and analyze reports, KPIs, and statistics related to customs clearance performance; identify trends and improvement opportunities
* Ensure adherence to US Customs regulations and company compliance standards
Secondary Focus (15-20%) - General Logistics Support
* Assist with freight and warehouse operations, including shipment coordination and issue resolution
* Support inventory integrity through SAP transactions and cycle counts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and address operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
* 5+ years in Logistics, Customs Compliance, or Supply Chain Management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industries
* Strong knowledge of US Customs regulations and import processes

About the Internship
Our Summer internship provides a hands-on experience in the fast-paced and exciting semiconductor industry. Our interns will work alongside industry projects and gain valuable insights into our core engineering roles. This program is designed to grow and shape the industry leaders of tomorrow, offering a chance to learn, develop and build the skills needed for a successful career in the semiconductor field.
What to expect
This position is a paid internship that is expected to start May/June 2026 and continue through August/September 2026. The duration will be 12 weeks, full time and on-site.
