This individual will work closely with the Sr. Director, Tax supporting the Company's multi-faceted tax profile and will interface regularly with the worldwide finance team, spanning 21 countries. This position will ensure delivery of high-quality tax accounting and reporting for a variety of entity structures, both domestic and foreign, as well as support the optimization of the Company's tax structure and planning opportunities.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Primarily responsible for completion of all income and franchise tax filings at the local, state, federal and international level in collaboration with the Tax Director and any external consultants that may assist in the process.* Prepare interim and annual income tax provision and required financial statement disclosures as needed for GAAP reporting. Liaise with external auditors to support financial statement audit of tax provision.* Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert on issues pertaining to Company's ongoing federal, state, and international tax compliance efforts, and responding to inquiries from local taxing and licensing authorities.* Collaborate with foreign and local finance team members regarding all tax matters. Assist facility level personnel, as applicable, in maintaining compliance with all state regulations concerning tax reporting.* Assist in the development and execution of transfer pricing and tax planning, both domestic and international.* Oversee tax audits, liaising with external tax consultants as appropriate.* Assist in the development and publication of policies, end user documentation, internal communications, training, mentoring, and guidance to facility level personnel to foster a robust knowledge base associated with tax compliance.* Identify and implement process improvements.* Make recommendations to Sr. Director, Tax for the strategic direction and internal procedures of the Tax department.* Support the Chief Accounting Officer and Sr. Director, Tax on strategic projects and perform ad hoc projects and analysis.**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
