The Snr Warehouse Supervisor for the Hillsboro Spares Warehouse is responsible for leading all warehouse operations, including oversight of ASM employees and UPS/DLO warehouse staff. This role drives initiatives to optimize space utilization, workflow, headcount, and overall efficiency to maximize throughput and service performance. The manager will collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Planning teams to understand operational priorities and ensure alignment across functions. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential to track performance, maintain data accuracy, and hold internal and external teams accountable.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily operations of the Hillsboro Spares warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and shipping of materials.
* Manage and develop a team of ASM warehouse employees and coordinate activities with UPS/DLO personnel.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on space optimization, workflow design, headcount planning, and throughput enhancement.
* Maintain high inventory accuracy and oversee material flow for inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics transactions.
* Collaborate with CSR and Planning teams to understand customer requirements and operational constraints, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Utilize strong Excel skills to create and maintain tracking tools for operational performance, accountability, and cross-team coordination.
* Monitor and analyze data to identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and report progress to leadership.
* Ensure compliance with ASM standards for safety, 5S, and operational excellence.
* Support SAP transaction accuracy for material movement and inventory, including cycle counts.
* Liaise with functional teams (Quality, Purchasing, Business Operations) to resolve material flow issues and disposition delays.
* Develop and document warehouse processes and drive adherence to ASM policies.
* Partner with Global Trade Compliance and customs brokers to ensure import/export compliance.
Required Skills:
* 8+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech environments.
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams, including direct employees and third-party staff.
* Strong understanding of CSR and Planning functions, preferably within a semiconductor Spares environment.
* Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to drive decisions and accountability.
* Experience in SAP required.
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
* Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and optimize processes in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software for our semiconductor manufacturing equipment
* Developing for Windows and Windows Real-time Operating Systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve computer software issues, including real-time software control systems
* Able to triage mechanical, electrical and software bugs
* Responsible to manage escalation calls with field support engineers and customers at a national and global level
* Work with QA / Support team to add replicated bugs to regression
* Author, revise, and review system specifications, software designs, test plans, and other software documentation.
* Investigate both internal and external inquiries, questions and problem reports. Offer problem analysis, solutions, or alternatives as a result of these investigations.
* Evaluate software engineering tools.
* Participate in system design teams.

The Logistics Specialist II plays a critical role in ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods into the United States, with primary responsibility for US Customs clearance oversight. The Engineering Technician III will be a member of the Engineering group, supporting engineering activities and new product development. The Engineering Technician III will assist with assembly, testing and debugging of sophisticated first-of-a-kind processing modules for semiconductor processing. This position requires working closely with hardware and software engineers to evaluate and improve the hardware. This position will require an individual with excellent electro-mechanical skills, a level of detail that insures accuracy of work content, and the ability to multitask as task priorities change.
Key Responsibilities and Duties / Essential Functions:
* Assemble complex systems and equipment
* Assist in documenting performance of first-of-kind processing modules
* Assists engineers in development of testing techniques to determine performance and life cycle metrics
* Assist in reviewing and validating designs per the direction of design engineering
* Execute test plans, collecting critical data and comparing to metrics
* Investigate reliability issues

Education and Experience:
* Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is required

* Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics (Assembly drawings, fabricated parts drawings, P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics etc.)
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team consisting of engineers, manufacturing and process engineering personnel
* Proficient in MS Office, especially with Excel for data collection, analysis and report generation.
Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment, in cleanrooms, and in customer factories around electro-mechanical equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Job duties may be performed in a clean room environment. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds may be required. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing. May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, etc. Regular airline/overnight travel is required.
