Introduction to the job This position is focused on overseeing short term and long-term supply plan for module builds in San Diego Factory. The master planner will create realistic factory capability plan to support demand ramp for both short term and long term
This position interacts with cross sector and cross ocean departments to address current state, concerns, and opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Consolidate all demand and provide realistic supply plans and communicate any gaps and critical paths
San Diego EUV Factory module build prioritization on cross sector customer needs
Create both near term and long-term supply capability for all modules built at San Diego Factory
Communicate cross sector on factory capability and commitments to support different programs (NXE,EXE)
Identify key constraints and bottlenecks impacting production and escalate them appropriately.
Lead alignment meetings to ensure supply plan and capability are up to date and have cross sector alignment, Presents to Stakeholders and ensures data is consistent with ASML's requirements.
Prepares related reports, graphs, charts, process maps/flowcharts, presentations and other documents, as needed.
Monitors and manages the established operational planning systems to achieve organizational goals.
Drives improvement initiatives / projects related to Factory's true capability.
Create, manage and publish reports as required for ASML and other affiliates.
Prevents issues by proactive analysis of the flow and set-up of (new) processes.
Recommend process and systemic changes to drive continuous improvement through data.
Leads and contributes to the continuous improvement of the cross-functional customer commitment tracking SharePoint system.
Drive cross-functional knowledge sharing across departments of ASML's MRP and corresponding interfaces to improve awareness factory way of working
Trains and directs engagement with stakeholders on changes and new WoW.
Implements any other new corporate processes as needed.
Participate in cross ocean Factory Planning Competency Center meetings and workshop (cross ocean travel required).
Create and align on Kanban (sub-assy & WIP) strategy to make sure they are always full and ready for any excursions.
Travel (domestic and international) up to 10%.
Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-Related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Education in a technical discipline is a plus.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business management, preferably in the semiconductor capital equipment or service business.
Ability to analyze and streamline business processes. Project management expertise.
Experience in driving customer needs, being proactive and understanding customer requirements ahead of time.
Ability to train others and be trained on new processes, etc., with new and existing customers.
Cross functional experience in a large organization, multi-national, fast paced industry.

We are seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our EUV source team in San Diego operates in a fast-paced, uniquely innovative and challenging environment to create new-to-industry solutions with rapid productization to support an aggressive commercialization plan for the EUV lithography technology within ASML. The complexity of the EUV source makes for exciting and challenging demands on the Software Engineering department manager's team members. They are engaged in all phases of software development and integration involving sophisticated control algorithms implemented in real-time embedded software executing on multiple high speed computers, all working under extremely
challenging dynamic conditions to produce stable EUV light.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Creation and maintenance of test cases in the Domain Test Specification. Delivery Test Specification, resulting from the Test Approach for the Delivery involved.
* Create and maintain a Test Approach for the specific deliveries of the project the domain is involved in.
* Align the Test Approach to the Test Strategy for the domain.
* Identify the risks for the delivery and the applicable Test Items from the Domain Test Strategy and select test cases from the Domain Test Specification based on this. Risks that are, for example, identified during the review of the delivery / deliveries and related documents (like SIA2 / EPS / EDS).
* Selects the test cases to be added to the Delivery Test Specification.
* Identify the test cases that need to become part of the next test level (e.g. System Test during service pack qualification, Field / Beta Test, etc) and communicate this to the SW Lead Tester of that next test level.
* Test Design for the identified risks and Test Items, create test designs that do not exist yet and determine whether these also should be added to the Domain Test Strategy. In case test designs exist, update these when needed.
* Select the test cases resulting from the test designs that are candidates to be added to the Domain Test Specification and align this with the Domain Test Architect to extend the regression test set for the domain.
* Execute test cases related to the delivery (e.g. for integration delivery to QBL, service pack qualification or patch delivery / qualification), as selected / specified in the Delivery Test Approach.
* Analyze the results from the test execution and compare them to the requirements. In case of issues, inform SW Lead Tester and raise issue (for appropriate owner).
* Provide analysis reports to SW Lead Tester as input for the Delivery TAR.
* Analyzing the issues (patch hits) from both factory and field and providing test solution to catch the issues before release.
* Provide the final TAR for the delivery, using results taken from the TAR / Test Results as provided by the SW Test Engineer and the agreed Test.Approach (Test Approach contains the initial plan for coverage) to create a TAR for the delivery.
* Prepare and collect Knowledge Transfer documents related to the domain, to be part of the release package.
* Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Education and experience
* Requires Minimum of BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related Eng/Science fields.
* Strong scripting knowledge (python Preferred).
* Identifying the test gaps, documenting them and creating automated script to fix these test gaps.
* Minimum of 5 years in developing and maintaining test approach for complex systems.
* Experience in designing software test strategies for a complex multi-processor distributed control system is a plus.
* Creating test designs and determine whether these should be added to the Domain Test Coverage.
* Creating TAR (to document test results) document and drive through review process.
* Having system engineering experience is preferred.
Skills
* Strong Python scripting knowledge. Matlab and C++ experience are also desirable.
* Good understanding of advanced SW test strategies.
* Strong debugging and troubleshooting knowledge/Experience.

An internship at ASML is a great opportunity to learn about working in a corporate setting and to provide hands on experience solving real world problems in a team environment. We are looking for a candidate who can help develop next generation methods for engineering analysis of Multiphysics problems.
Your Assignment:
* Specific tasks will be tailored to match the education / experience level of the intern and current needs of ASML analysis team, e.g. Reduced Order Modeling (ROM), Machine Learning, uncertainty quantification (UQ), CFD post-processing.
* Work in a team environment alongside experienced engineers to achieve intern project goals.
* Document project and present the results to ASML analysis stakeholders.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
* Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Science or similar discipline. Minimum of Masters degree, PhD, preferred.
Skills
* Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics.
* Experience using OpenFOAM/ SnappyHexMesh or StarCCM+ , COMSOL software.
* Experience in Physics-Informed Neural Network, Machine Learning frameworks .
* Have strong written and oral communicative skills.
* Be a demonstrated "team player" with a quality orientation and interpersonal skills.
* Have strong problem solving skills and the ability to take initiative.

* This position is located on-site in Enter Location, San Diego, CA . It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
* A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).
* Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
* Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
* Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $18.00 - $56.00. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
