Brief Description: The Dedicated Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and direct customer support by managing accounts, monitoring product performance, and driving product development initiatives. Detailed Description: Establish and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts, serving as a technical point of contact. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge to support customer operations, including well programs, hydraulic programs, cost analysis, and bottom-hole assembly (BHA) recommendations. Identify benchmark bits for specific applications and evaluate comparative bit performance across runs. Maintain and prioritize a product development list to address performance opportunities. Monitor and analyze competitor performance in various drilling environments. Document strategy and bit performance by observing and analyzing dull bits.
