Pros of working at ASPEN PRODUCTS

Pros of working at ASPEN PRODUCTS was the pay.

Cons of working at ASPEN PRODUCTS

When I first started working the training process was very unprofessional. No one spoked English, the supervisor throws me with someone who doesn't even speak English. They assumed that I spoked Spanish due to my appearance. I made a complaint, but they just pushed it to the side like it was nothing. The lady that was supposedly trained me does not speak English therefore, it was very frustrating. The old lady who trains the new worker only shows me what I'm supposed to do, not only she was showing me how I was supposed to do my work she was very irritated through her expressions. I told her "I don't speak Spanish" but she keeps speaking Spanish to me. I tried to ask for help through the rest of my coworkers, but they couldn't even speak English. It was so irritating, not only that I was kept getting dirty looks I just don't understand a whole thing. It was like a blind leading a blind. Please, don't even consider working there.

ASPEN PRODUCTS benefits

None, I wasn't preferring a benefit or perk.

What do you like best about ASPEN PRODUCTS's CEO and the leadership team?

The boss was very rude and only cared about their products and not the workers. It was like a sweatshop; I wasn't allowed to sit down. Later on, as I was about to the leave the building, I intended to put my air pods through my ear and the boss was yelling at me and being so utterly rude. I thought since I was a few inches from the exit door, he came barging through my side not even explaining to me what is going on and just yell at me.

How would you improve ASPEN PRODUCTS's culture?

Please, do better the workers are very committed to their jobs due to their less knowledge of sticking up towards work conditions and pay. Have someone who speaks two languages, it would improve the American people that can work in warehouse.

How did you prepare for the ASPEN PRODUCTS interview?

I didn't attend and interbiew, they never intended to send one ou

What's the diversity at ASPEN PRODUCTS like?

Zero.

What brings you the most joy at ASPEN PRODUCTS?

Nothing, it was depressing and boring. The way they treated their employees was horrible.

How does your compensation at ASPEN PRODUCTS compare to the industry average?

It's okay, overall, I've met some great people that made that horrible factory fun.
