The Role
We are currently seeking a full-time, highly professional, career-oriented Engineer Trainer to join our Professional Services team.
Engineer Trainers are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs focused on professional services delivery. This includes onboarding new engineers, upskilling existing staff, and supporting knowledge transfer across teams. Success in this role requires deep understanding of engineering workflows, customer project lifecycles, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences.
Candidates must possess strong communication and instructional skills, along with a solid foundation in engineering principles and professional services methodologies.
Your Impact
* Develop and deliver structured training programs for engineers involved in professional services delivery.

5+ years Program Management Experience
Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar PMO tools, including reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
