Responsibilities: Perform construction site demolition (removing drywall, flooring, fixtures, etc.) Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment Keep job sites clean and organized (sweeping, trash removal, debris hauling) Go on material runs to suppliers when needed Assist carpenters, painters, and other trades with basic tasks and prep work Follow directions from the site lead and adhere to safety guidelines Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, around 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Occasional weekend work may be requested (rare) Requirements Prior general labor or construction experience strongly preferred Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, carrying, standing for long periods) Reliable transportation to various job sites and supply houses Dependable attendance and punctuality A MUST!
