The Opportunity
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across the company and help move some of our most cross‑functional, high‑impact initiatives forward. This role is based in our San Francisco hub and requires in‑office presence 2-3 times per week.
As an Executive Assistant, you'll be a strategic and operational partner - not just managing logistics, but helping leaders stay focused, prepared, and connected to what matters most. You'll work at the intersection of company‑wide priorities and functional execution, gaining exposure to executive‑level strategy and decision‑making.
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, organize inboxes, submit expenses, and ensure seamless day‑to‑day execution.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $148,500-$177,375. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Basic Qualifications
6‑10+ years in technical product management at a B2B enterprise SaaS company, preferably with platform experience (APIs, developer tooling, shared services, etc.)
Experience building, coaching and leading high‑performing teams of 5+ PMs
Strong knowledge of integration architecture, patterns and platforms, understanding of cross‑application business processes and flows, and knowledge of API best practices
Technical knowledge from academic background and/or work experience enabling you to partner with and be respected by experienced engineers
Ability to experiment with 3rd‑party APIs, designing APIs based on RESTful principles, and collaborating on integration solution design
Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams that include engineering, product management, sales, and marketing

Self‑motivated user of AI tools for personal productivity and the craft of product with a bias towards scaling team output with technology rather than adding headcount

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or technical field, MBA is a plus
Practical experience as a software developer is a big plus
The base salary range for this position is 200,000 - 337,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
