Pros of working at ASPIRO

helping clients achieve their goals.

Cons of working at ASPIRO

Major staffing issues over many years with nothing to change but terminations. Managements are the problem and so is managements favorism.

ASPIRO benefits

Seeing the clients happy and being able to express their gratitude about whats going on in the classroom or on outings.

How would you improve ASPIRO's culture?

Eliminate the managements team and start fresh. Too many puppets is to why they cannot keep staffs.

What do you like best about ASPIRO's CEO and the leadership team?

there was no leadership team, we get toss into a room and are expected to know what to do.

What brings you the most joy at ASPIRO?

being able to help clients achieve their goals and more.

What's the diversity at ASPIRO like?

lots of favorites play this role. it depends on who the person is.

How does your compensation at ASPIRO compare to the industry average?

Great until there's an issue that cannot be solved. The audacity of management to be shocked when staffs are becoming unhappy. An on going SAME issue that cannot be changed throughout the year isn't a staff issue. It's ''managers'' and ''human resources'' not knowing how to do their job correctly.
