About the Role: The Telematics System Analyst is responsible for coordinating all Telematics activities for the Fleet organization. This includes managing hardware installation, reporting requests, driver compliance of logging requirements, geofence management, fuel and mileage reporting for IFTA and IRP, safety alert reporting, and system user management activities. Description: Mack Industries is looking to hire a Plant Maintenance Technician to add to our Plant Maintenance Team. In this position one would perform duties related to the installation, repairs and maintenance of production equipment, facilities maintenance and heavy equipment maintenance such as overhead cranes. Summary/Objective: The Plant Maintenance Technician - Lead is responsible for coordinating day-to-day maintenance operations across assigned plants to ensure equipment reliability, safe work practices, and efficient use of resources. A Valve Technician would perform the essential duties of new valve assembly and valve repair / certification of various types of valves both in shop and onsite at customer facilities. Responsibilities and Duties: Follow all Pioneer Safety and Quality procedures and regulations Operate equipment - overhead hoists, sand blaster, parts washer, propylene torch, etc. Disassemble valve without damaging parts per the manufacturer's Installation & Operation Manual Document and enter job data into ValvKeep database and document photos Coordinate with office personnel on repair requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Maintain equipment in area, as required Cleaning, blasting, and painting valve components Return Valves/Parts to Proper Bins, Boxes, etc. Assemble, calibrate, tag and certify valve per manufacturer's repair manuals May be required to help in field assignments May be required to climb and work at various elevations depending on job scope Operate motor vehicle, as required Attend job and safety training, as necessary or required Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Job Description Millennium Power Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Valve Technician to join our team in Westfield, Massachusetts. As a Valve Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of valves used in industrial processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a keen attention to detail. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of valves within a variety of industries. Valve Technicians will be required to travel approximately 50% - 75% of the time. Key Responsibilities: Valve Installation and Maintenance: Install, inspect, and maintain a variety of valves, including control valves, safety valves, gate valves, globe valves, and ball valves. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of valves and associated equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot valve-related issues, implementing corrective measures as needed. Testing and Calibration: Conduct testing and calibration of valves to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications. Use precision tools and instruments to measure, adjust, and document valve performance. Implement preventive measures to extend the lifespan and reliability of valves. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of valve installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Generate reports detailing findings, recommendations, and actions taken during inspections and repairs. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to plan and execute valve-related projects. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific valve requirements and provide technical support as needed.
