Responsibilities
Responsible for all areas of sales within a defined territory, including selling, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training
Meet with existing and potential residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate their tree and shrub care needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships within the defined territory
Prepare and provide proposals to clients utilizing sales process tools, software, and other technologies
Supervise work to be performed, ensuring jobs are completed based on the signed contract and to the client's satisfaction
Set up personal sales expectations with immediate supervisor and prepare to meet sales goals
Responsible for implementing and enforcing all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs
Qualifications
1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain - we will pay for the cost of the exam and help you prepare!
Ability to learn to identify trees and shrubs common to the region, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
Valid driver's license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field is preferred but not required

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated
GIS Implementation Intern
interested in applying and growing their GIS knowledge within the electrical utility space. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in GIS practices, system implementation, and the challenges unique to the energy sector.
Responsibilities
With oversight from the Solutions Architects and Implementation Manager
Assist in the configuration and implementation of GIS solutions for electrical utility clients.
Conduct spatial data analysis, data conversion, and data validation for utility projects.
Support mapping tasks, including the creation of detailed network and utility asset maps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop GIS dashboards, web applications, and mobile tools for data visualization and decision-making.
Assist in field data integration and quality assurance processes.
Participate in data migration efforts and ensure accurate spatial representation of electrical assets.
Document workflows, data standards, and procedures for GIS implementations.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for GIS-related issues during implementation.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with GIS software (Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, or similar).
Basic understanding of geospatial data management and cartography principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Python or SQL for GIS workflows is a plus.
Interest in the electrical utility or energy sector preferred.
