ASRC Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations & Maintenance Support. This position offers a sign-on bonus. As a Senior Operations & Maintenance Support you will be responsible for overall administration, operations and maintenance of a classified Azure environment and all associated software including, but not limited to subscription and marketplace management, monitoring end-to-end system health, maintenance tasks such as patching, troubleshooting as needed, and automation of deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and automation. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Continuously improve and optimize infrastructure and automation processes. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial. A willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends is also required. Support a cloud hosted DevOps Platform inside of Azure that leverages cloud-based infrastructure such as Azure Kubernetes Service to support rapid software development.
