The Structural Specialist / Carpenter performs skilled carpentry, structural maintenance, and facility repair services in support of a base-wide maintenance contract at JBER. This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, constructing, and modifying structural components of buildings and facilities in accordance with U.S. Air Force/U.S. Army standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements. The role involves working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary maintenance team to ensure safe, functional, and mission-ready facilities. Key Responsibilities: Structural & Carpentry Work Perform construction, maintenance, and repair of structural systems including walls, doors, roofs, floors, ceilings, partitions, and frameworks.
