As our Customer Service Representative, you'll support HID's success by:
Serving as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, delivering expert guidance and timely resolution via both phone and email communications.
Mentoring and supporting Level I Customer Service Representatives, fostering best practices, process adherence, and continuous professional development within the team.

As our RFID Passive Tags (ISC) Product Specialist - Business Development, you'll support HID's success by:
* Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the development phase.
* Supporting the sales team and customers in selecting the appropriate technology and products, and in preparing quotations.
* Translating customer needs into actionable requirements for the engineering team.
* Providing ongoing technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
* Serving as the liaison between Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and timely execution of development projects.
* Monitoring project milestones and proactively addressing potential delays or risks.
* Ensure a smooth transition from development to mass production.
* Collaborating with engineering and production teams to track progress on new product developments through to mass production.
* Ensuring customer requirements are met through testing, feedback, and iterative improvements.
* Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to strategic planning for the RFID product line.
* Supporting sales teams with technical presentations, product positioning, and customer visits.
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Your Experience and Background include:

As our Software Engineer, you'll support HID's success by:
