Great team, great boss good management.
Low salary, low openings for advancement. Still doing COVID precautions while everyone’s back to normal, which limits interactions and therefore advancement.
They give bonuses to all employees even hourly employees and they try to get employees engaged
No growth potential and they have almost zero ability to move up from Assembler and don’t pay for people to have more responsibility. The pay is terrible tho and might as well work at Walmart or McDonald’s for more. No work life balance for hourly employees but they preach it for salaried people. Management only cares about salaried employees
They buy affection with bonuses and gifts
Overtime hrs benefits staff
Pay could be for the work I performed
Insurance 401 and we had a bonus every 3 weeks
