Energetic CEO

Cons of working at Assembla

Management, lazy architect, not collaborative, discrimination, unwilling to provide any info or training or onboarding, turned into feature factory with a lot of tech debt. Unwilling to listen management team, throw you under the bus and complain rather than provide a helping hand in all situations. A negative reinforcement environment. Unreasonable expectations when while preventing any proper transfer of information.

I only liked the CEO and COO. CEO is fun to listen too. Coo is quiet but knowledgeable that would have been nice to learn from

How would you improve Assembla's culture?

Awful. As mentioned prior discriminatory, no one willing to be helpful and negative reinforcement culture.
