Reading and wiring according to the electrical schematics. Lays our diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications. Mount and wire electrical components including motors, sensors, actuators, robotic arms, etc.
Follow and install all the safety requirements of the system.
Modifying component according to engineering request. Drill and tap holes, cutting slots, cutting parts, opening holes, grinding surfaces, rewire and change electrical components.
Report issues to the supervisor, engineering and quality team.
Test and adjusts mechanical and electrical assemblies following the assembly instructions and check lists.
Run the equipment and help with the FAT (Final Acceptance Test).
Collaborate with the service department. Help install the equipment on the customer site.
Following the project schedule and keeping truck of the production order schedule. Reporting the issues to the schedule to the supervisor.
Accurate control of inventory using production orders. Collaborate with inventory for maintaining all needed parts for the project.
Navigate to our Inventory, Project and File Management systems.
Forklift Operation trained or willing to have Forklift Operation Training.
