Position Summary
Assemblers will be responsible for assembling molded components into finished products, while hitting assembly targets and ensuring that products meet quality standards.
12 hours shifts: Week 1 - work 3 days have off 4 days & Week 2 work 4 days have off 3 days, shifts include every other weekend requirement)
Day Shift: 7:00am to 7:30pm
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble products and components accurately according to detailed instructions and specifications.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards and specifications, inspecting parts and components for defects.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and wear
appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Monitor the assembly line for problems, material shortages, conveyor malfunctions, and other issues, reporting them to supervisors.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and targets.
* Complete production paperwork accurately and keep records of materials used and production output.
Qualifications:
* A strong focus on detail is crucial for accurate assembly and quality checks.
* The ability to read and interpret documents and assembly instructions is essential.
* The role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* A team-oriented mindset and good communication skills are important for collaborating with others.
* Basic problem-solving skills are useful for addressing minor assembly issues.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is often a requirement.
