What You Will Do:
Assemble electronic parts and components precisely following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. In this role, you will support an Assembly area, contributing directly to the production of critical fire-suppression bottle systems that protect people, property, and mission-ready equipment. Under direct supervision, you will perform routine, hands-on assembly operations using basic hand tools and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment, including welding, cutting, and measurement tools. You'll help ensure every unit meets strict quality, safety, and performance standards-completing work efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with company policies and all city, state, and federal regulations.
What You Will Do:
Plans and performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, tests, fabrications, and inspection operations on various products in standard and non-standard environments to maintain flow of work.
Reads, interprets and follows blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions.
Operates hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment.
Maintains inventory of product in work stations.
Performs quality work checks, identifies product defects and records identified defects.

Mold Assembler in Snow Hill, NC We are seeking a self-starter Mod Assembly candidate with previous experience. This position will ensure all tooling are changed over correctly, repairs are initiated, tagging system is used, and all documentation for the duration of a mold life is kept.
Role and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Understanding basics of injection molding mechanics and mold function
Responsible for setup and teardown of molds.
Able to disassemble/reassemble molds and properly clean for use (maintenance).
Documenting tooling change overs and repairs in software database.
Identifies damage or other issues with molds.
Inspect finished mold surface finish, size requirements, and configuration
May be asked to do other task by management
Able to setup mold for multiple types of components and adjust cavitation due to closed cavities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Preferred 5 years' experience in tooling assembly or machine shop.

In this role, you will support an Assembly area, contributing directly to the production of critical fire-suppression bottle systems that protect people, property, and mission-ready equipment. Assembler I is responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to the customer's specifications. Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Completes work area setup
Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and in accordance with quality standards
Operates hand tools as required to complete the assembly process
Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components finished product
Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns
Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
Maintains production records as required
Checks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards
Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards
Participates in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
No minimum experience is required however, 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred
Working knowledge of basic math preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
