Through the direction of the Team Leader or Lead Person this individual is responsible for properly performing the match operation required for proper assembly. The majority of products involve hand assembly but must be able to operate other various assembly equipment in the department. Must be able to obtain certain information from a blueprint. This employee must frequently use various measuring devices to accurately maintain proper sizes and tolerances. Most work is repetitive in nature and follows routing, prescribed methods but some skill and judgment is involved in selecting correct sizes.
