Your contributions to the team?
Completes sub-assembly tasks in accordance with standardized work processes, quality goals, and manufacturing schedule.
Conducts visual inspections of seats to ensure product and process quality prior to releasing seat to next assembly station.

Job Description
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler I supports the fabrication, assembly, and testing of mechanical, electrical, and cable/wire harness assemblies used in production and research and development (R&D). This entry-level position works under close supervision and provides hands-on experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes. Prior assembly experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates strong aptitude and attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical components using manual and powered hand tools.
Identify and install basic hardware, fasteners, and components following mechanical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Support fabrication, installation, and routing of high-power and RF cables and wire harnesses.
Use circuit plotters, soldering stations, and manual tools to assist in the fabrication of digital and analog circuit boards, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
Perform soldering and installation of surface mount and thru-hole components, including small integrated circuits, under supervision.
Apply conductive and non-conductive coatings and plating to circuit boards and enclosures under the guidance of a senior technician.
Support troubleshooting of circuits and assist in identifying assembly or component-level issues.
Work with the R&D department as needed to support prototype builds and testing activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety and quality procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
Ability to read and follow simple mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Familiarity with hand tools, soldering equipment, and test instruments (training provided).

Performs duties with minimal supervision while operating various machinery to produce a variety of materials.
• Plan daily work from schedule. • Work from prints, process specification sheets and instructions.
• Set up and adjust machinery for operation.
• Load and operate machinery to produce product.
