Job Description
Under direct supervision, this position will perform the final assembly and packaging of digital signage.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviews job travelers to determine sign type, sign components needed or other information for manufacturing functions.
Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, and screws
Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.
Uses multiple hand tools and fixtures including drills, jigs, nail guns, etc. to accomplish assembly tasks.
Inspect dimensions of components to ensure accuracy of sign components and assembly.
Cutting and assembly of wood crate for completed sign
Responsible for cleanliness and organization of work area.
Requires moving, lifting, or carrying sometimes large sign components

1-3 years of manual labor experience

Relevant experience may include hands-on repair, assembly, or product testing and use of small hand tools is a plus. Small engine repair, cell phone and electronics repair, testing, or re-builds, carpentry, circuit board assembly and repair, sterile processing, industrial sewing, and jewelry repair. Maintenance, construction, and automotive repair can also be relevant to this role
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times and push instrument carts ranging from 10-150 pounds at times.
Must be able to meet flexible schedules with early/late hours and sometimes outside normal business hours including nights and weekends, based on Customer and business needs

About Core Focus: Core Focus Personnel, LLC is a Staffing, Training, and Logistics company serving Alabama's automotive industry.
About the position: Tier one automotive supplier in the Bessemer/ McCalla, AL area seeking experienced Assembly employees and stand-up Forklift operators. In these roles, candidates will be responsible for detailed assembly of automotive parts. These are full time opportunities on 1st ,2nd and 3rd shift. Starting pay rate of $18.00 hour.
Responsibilities:
Valid forklift certification / experience operating a stand-up forklift.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts if required.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid forklift certification or equivalent experience operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts.
Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution setting.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for operating material handling equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, or night shifts if required.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
