Job Title: Micro Assembler
Position Overview:
Micro assembly using manual die attach with conductive epoxy, wedge wire bonding and parallel gap welding techniques necessary in manufacturing high frequency RF products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare components for standard micro assembly.
* Perform rework and repair operations on electronic parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
* Follow established Quality Assurance Standards to inspect in process electrical, RF microwave or mechanical components/assemblies by microscope.

Job Title: Micro Assembler
Position Overview:
Micro assembly using manual die attach with conductive epoxy, wedge wire bonding and parallel gap welding techniques necessary in manufacturing high frequency RF products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare components for standard micro assembly.
* Perform rework and repair operations on electronic parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
* Follow established Quality Assurance Standards to inspect in process electrical, RF microwave or mechanical components/assemblies by microscope.
* Read and interpret assembly drawings.
* Train, explain procedures and techniques to other assemblers.
* Confer with supervisors, test technicians, engineers and quality to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems.

Key Competencies & Skills required:
* Ability to work effectively with team of operators, process engineers and managers towards a common goal.

Role Summary:
Join our team as a Sub-Assembler and build the foundational mechanical and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies that power Beck's world-class electric actuators. Following CAD drawings, blueprints, and written instructions, you'll perform essential assembly operations, hand-solder electrical components, process wiring (cutting, stripping, crimping, tinning), apply torque wrenches, and support functional quality checks. You'll help keep the workplace organized, embrace Lean principles, and uphold the precision and reliability that make Beck actuators unbeatable in the world's most demanding industrial environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete basic mechanical and electro-mechanical sub-assembly work utilizing written instructions and CAD drawings.
Perform hand soldering work per written instructions and CAD drawings.
Perform wire-processing tasks including: cutting, stripping, crimping, tinning of wire.
Participate in workplace organization projects and the integration of Lean concepts.
Perform other general shop duties or assist other departments as business demands require.
Requirements:
Professional and Personal Requirements:
1 to 2 years of related mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and torque wrenches.
Basic experience with soldering electrical / electronic components is helpful.
Must be able to work independently from blueprints, sketches, oral, or written instructions without supervision or technical guidance.
