Responsibilities

Carry out assembly of components, sub‐assemblies and complete systems according to work instructions, engineering drawings and BOMs.

Work closely with Test Engineers or Technicians to support debug, rework or modification of assemblies as needed.
Maintain production area housekeeping, tool calibration/maintenance, and adherence to 5S and EHS (environmental, safety & health) practices.
Adhere to security and access requirements (e.g., clean room or controlled area, secure material handling) as required for secure manufacturing.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggest process enhancements to improve yield, reduce rework, increase throughput without compromising quality.
Meet production schedule targets while maintaining quality and reliability goals.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
This position anticipates on-site work with shifts running from 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday-Friday.
